GitHub Actions Cost Calculator is a free web tool that estimates GitHub Actions workflow costs based on YAML configuration files. It provides cost breakdowns across different runner types and AI-powered optimization suggestions.
3. Free to Use
The Tool is provided free of charge. No account creation, payment, or subscription is required to use the core features.
4. Accuracy of Estimates
Cost estimates provided by this Tool are approximations only. Actual GitHub Actions costs may differ due to:
- Real execution times varying from estimates
- GitHub pricing changes
- Cache hit/miss rates
- Network conditions and server load
- Specific runner configurations
Always verify costs in your GitHub billing dashboard before making financial decisions. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on these estimates.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Tool for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Tool for commercial purposes
- Use automated scripts to excessively abuse our API endpoints
- Submit malicious content through the YAML input
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
6. Intellectual Property

9. Third-Party Services
The Tool uses third-party services including OpenRouter for AI processing and Vercel for hosting. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of the Tool shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
